This is Government corruption & the buck stops with President Trump who being petitioned by the checks & balances which are an essential part of the Constitution mandatory by law to uphold the integrity of the Constitution. Continued oppression which started at 50 million dollars & due to continued oppression is now 3.141 billion dollars, evidence the Judicial Branch & Treasury had no intentions to pay reverting back to denying blacks the guaranteed rights of the Constitution which acts are now criminal acts under Title 18.
